Our Human Resources management is responsible for improving the performance of our employees by creating an environment that is dynamic, open to development and innovative; combining corporate goals with the individual ones; establishing an effective, efficient and motivated organization in order to ensure that our goals are achieved effectively.

The Human Resources Department gives priority to the development of the employees, carries out internal and external training programs, and aims to establish a career plan that will ensure personal development in accordance with the needs of our organization and employees' capabilities. Moreover, ensuring that our human resource revolves around an employee profile which is open to change and development, has high motivation for success, believes in teamwork and team spirit, possesses an advanced level of corporate loyalty, makes use of its resources and time accurately and has a high sense of social responsibility is another goal.
