Awarded with the “Passive House Component Certificate” issued by the German Passive House Institute (PHI), Fıratpen continues to manufacture for a more sustainable world by providing utmost insulation and energy saving levels with its Redonit 85, Elegance Selective 80 and Selenit 75 Selective Strong Series.

Being one of the measures developed to preserve our natural resources that are rapidly depleting due to today's increasing consumption trend, “passive house”  stands out as a concept that provides comfortable heating and cooling in exchange of minimal levels of energy consumption.

Passive House structures, which are designed and built in accordance with the standards set by the German Passive House Institute, ensure energy savings up to 90% compared to conventional buildings and up to 75% compared to average new buildings.

“Windows with high insulation” stand out as one of the most significant elements that can realize Passive House standards.  At this point, as Fıratpen, we proudly supply the demand for windows that have high insulation and energy-saving features preferred in “Passive House” applications, which is a modern and innovative trend, with “REDONİT 85”, “ELEGANCE SELECTIVE 80” and “SELENİT 75 SELECTIVE STRONG” series.

Both Elegance and Redonit achieves a rating of 0.95 W/m²K Uf, featuring 80 mm profile width, 3-seal (middle seal) system, 6-chamber design; and 85 mm profile width, 3-seal (middle seal) system, 7-chamber design values, respectively and they are preferred as the superior windows in modern architecture and high quality projects that provide maximum levels of insulation and energy saving. Featuring a 80 mm wide profile design, Elegance allows triple glazing application just like Redonit 85 Series and low Ug values (Ug: Glass Thermal Conductivity Coefficient) improve the insulation power of Elegance 80 Series. Uw values of 0.78 W/m²K in Elegance Series and 0.79 W/m²K in Redonit Series can be achieved and projects with high energy savings can be produced successfully with the combination of profile cross-section and triple glazing systems in buildings where Elegance and Redonit are preferred.
