System
- Redonit system has a profile width of 85 mm.
- All profiles of the system has Class A wall thickness.
- Designed with 7 chambers.
- All profiles of the system have 3 seals.
- The 3rd seal is optional and can be excluded upon preference since the seals are implemented by being installed onto the profiles.
- It is possible to accommodate glazing units up to 44 mm.
- Redonit can be implemented easily even under the most difficult conditions and in the largest openings thanks to its profile width, number of chambers and sealing system.
- Compatible with 13 axle espagnolette system.
- Its design allows it to blend in any architectural projects conveniently with its details and auxiliary profile options.
Wind Load Resistance
- Redonit 85 system is designed according to and has successfully passed (3,000 Pa (245 km/h) wind load resistance safety test and 600 Pa (110 km/h) water tightness resistance test.
- The maximum wind load values that the structures can be exposed to were taken into account while developing Redonit, and the structure of the support sheets and their positions within the profile were designed to achieve maximum efficiency.
- The system can easily achieve the necessary strength ratings and covers of wide large openings in the modern high-rise buildings with the detail and mullion profiles that it features.
- The system can meet the required inertia values against high wind loads thanks to its Class A wall thickness and support sheets.
Water and Air Tightness
- The water drainage angle and channels developed for a faster and more convenient water drainage ensures superior resistance to rain even in case of high wind loads.
- No water seepage has occurred to the indoors during the tests carried out under 600 Pa (110 km/h) wind load and 4 liters/minute rain flow rate.
- Penetration of water to the indoors is completely prevented by the use its 3rd seal system.
Thermal Insulation
- Redonit 85 system is designed to achieve the lowest heat transmission coefficient that can be achieved in window systems thanks to its superior features such as 85 mm profile width, 7 chamber system, the ability to accommodate glazing units up to 44 mm, chamber widths and profile height.
- Redonit is an investment that pays for itself thanks to the energy savings it provides in summer and winter as the proprietary frame design, sash and 3rd center seal used in the system ensure maximum thermal insulation.
- A window system with the dimensions of 1.23 m x 1.43 m can achieve the values of Ug: 0,6 W/m2K. Uw: 0,93 W/m2K and Uf : 1,07 W/m2K in accordance with TS EN ISO 10077-2 standard.
Sound Insulation
- It is possible to ensure a sound insulation up to 44 dB with Redonit 85 series.
- Maximum values in sound insulation can be achieved thanks to the specially designed seal system of Redonit 85 series.
