Our Production Facilities
Fırat manufactures on a total outdoor and indoor area of 445.000 m2 in Büyükçekmece, İstanbul, which is the largest figure in Türkiye and Europe; PVC windows, indoor and outdoor clean and waste water pipes, natural gas fueled heating systems, plastic pipes and metal fittings, urban drinking water network and waste water sewage pipe systems designed for the construction and infrastructure sector.
Fırat offers its customers durable, sustainable, high quality and user-friendly products as well as smart, efficient and economical solutions thanks to the autonomous systems employed in its production processes.
Being the first company in the sector to hold all ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002 and ISO 9001 management system certificates, Fırat carries out its production activities within the framework of quality, environment and occupational safety management systems.
Fıratpen production facilities feature fully computer controlled 90 PVC profile extrusion lines and our PVC profile production capacity is over 250 thousand tons. Automation systems are employed in every process in our production facilities from raw material feeding to packaging. Fıratpen develops in-house raw material formulas with its knowledge and technical know-how.
Fıratpen designs the molds used in the production process relying on its years of experience in engineering and processes them from raw steel in its own mold shop.
Fıratpen also manufactures support sheet, metal accessories, hinges and handles, which are the other components of a window system as integrated systems that complement each other under the same production roof together with the self TPE sealed PVC profiles. Fıratpen is the only brand in the world that produces all window components except for glazing and screws.
All pertinent quality control tests being carried out in the TURKAK accredited FUDEL laboratory in accordance with ISO 17025 standard, which the first in its sector and has the largest test capacity, Fıratpen monitors all processes of the products from input inspection to product shipment using state-of-the-art technology.
