System
- Width of all profiles is 80 mm.
- Elegance Selective Class A has the wall thickness of Elegance Class B.
- Designed with 6 chambers.
- Contains 3 seals.
- Wings are formed with a slope to ensure the intermediate seal provides complete insulation.
- The water drainage system in the sash ensures 100% water tightness by draining water through the outer and inner sections of the intermediate seal.
- Compatible with 13 axle espagnolette system.
- Its design allows it to blend in any architectural detail conveniently with its details and auxiliary profile options.
Wind Load Resistance
- Elegance system has successfully passed (3,000 Pa (245 km/h) wind load resistance safety test and 600 Pa (110 km/h) water tightness resistance test.
- Elegance Selective offers perfect solutions for ensuring strength with its Class A wall thickness in structures exposed to high wind loads.
- The shape of the support sheets, their position in the profile and the maximum wind load values that existing structures can be exposed to are taken into account in the design of the system.
Water and Air Tightness
- The water drainage angle and channels developed for a faster and more convenient water drainage has high resistance to rain even in case of high wind loads.
- No water seepage has occurred to the indoors during the tests carried out under 600 Pa (110 km/h) wind load and 4 liters/minute rain flow rate.
- Penetration of water to the indoors is completely prevented by the use of a 3rd seal system.
- High performance can be achieved by the use of meeting rail profile with large surface area without requiring any additional profile such as grillage even in high buildings and high wind loads.
Thermal Insulation
- Elegance 80 was designed by considering the intermediate seal, support sheet, number and position of chambers and all points that form thermal bridges in order to achieve the highest thermal insulation values.
- The proprietary frame, sash seals and 3rd intermediate seal used in the system ensure achieving energy savings both in summer and winter.
- A window system with the dimensions of can achieve the values of 1,23 m x 1,43 m Ug: 0,6 W/m2K, Uw: 0,91 W/m2K and Uf : 1,02 W/m2K in accordance with TS EN ISO 10077-2 standard.
Sound Insulation
- Elegance Series can achieve sound insulation levels up to 44 dB to create detached and comfortable environment even in residences close to elements such as highways and airports.
