"Passive house", which is one of the measures developed to protect our natural resources, which is rapidly decreasing by the increasing consumption trend today, emerges as a concept that provides heating and cooling comfort with a minimum amount of energy.
Passive House structures, designed and built in line with the standards set by the German Passive House Institute, are up to 90% compared to classical buildings; compared to the average new buildings, it provides up to 75% energy savings related to heating-cooling.
“Windows with high insulation” stand out as one of the most important elements that can realize passive house standards. At this point, as Fıratpen, we are proud to meet the need for highly insulated and energy-saving windows, which are preferred in “Passive House” applications, which is a modern and innovative trend, with the “REDONİT 85” and “ELEGANCE 80” series.
Elegance, 80 mm profile width, 3 gasket (middle seal) system, 6 chamber design 0.95 W/m²K Uf; Redonit, on the other hand, reaches 0.95 W/m²K Uf values with its 85 mm profile width, 3-seal (middle seal) system, and 7-chamber design, and is preferred as the superior windows of modern architecture and qualified projects that provide maximum insulation and energy savings. (Uf: Profile Section Thermal conductivity coefficient)
With its 80 mm wide profile design, Elegance allows triple glazing to be applied, just like the Redonit 85 Series, and its low Ug values (Ug: Glass Thermal Conductivity Coefficient) increase the insulation power of the Elegance 80 Series. In buildings where Elegance and Redonit are preferred, with the combination of profile section and triple glazing systems, 0.78 W/m²K Uw in the Elegance Series and 0.79 W/m²K Uw in the Redonit Series are achieved and projects with high energy savings are successfully accomplished.
