Under the "Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management Standard" published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) given for the purpose of managing customer complaints under a system, as a result of certification audit carried out by Turkish Standard Institute (TSE) on the dates of 2 - 3 " 4 February 2010, our company is awarded with the TSE " ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate.
Being the 7th corporation certified by TSE under the relevant standard, our company is the first company certified for the same standard by TSE in the plastic industry.
